When LoL 3 first came out there was an elevator bug that caused you to be unable to advance in the warrior class. Has this been fixed?

a patch was released for the game and its included in the GoG version, but there are still several plot stoppers und uncompletable quests (like the last magic guild quest). I cant recall having any problems in the fighters guild though. i guess you have to try for yourself
