I've been trying to get out for like 3 hours but anytime I get near the exit it turns me into a dinosaur and I can't cross the river and now I'm stuck between 2 rivers

can you take a screen shot of the automap so I have a better idea of where you are?

Also the only way out of the ruins is through the teleporter near the Emperor's chamber

Thank you!! I thought I was stuck in there, the exit looked caved in and it says that's the exit on the map but you can't exit that way
