I hope it will have an option to turn off the puzzles.

Isn't that what the game is about? :P

Anyway, I would rather have a more flexible jump ability, not as insanely hard bosses and more checkpoints.

It's more about wasting a lot of time scanning every room and hitting every brick to check if there's a secret room behind it.

Yes but rather than no puzzles at all maybe they could add a neat system where you can easily organize the map and separate the rooms you've scanned to 100% based upon your current equipment. That way it would still be a challenge but you would save time because you wouldn't need to do as much backtracking to rooms you have already been to.
La-Mulana 2?

Dammit Naramura, just take my money already.

Honestly if they nerf the puzzles I will wait for a sale. It just the main reason I bought the game and it will be the main reason I play the sequel. I would not call looking for secret rooms as a part of the puzzles

What? No game company wanted to fund it? This is the sad state of the games industry where the best and most innovative software coming out has to be public fund raised.

Its not that. Reading the kickstarter page seems to imply an outright will of the wallet: If the players will it, so it shall be,

That comment made me think back at all the time i spent checking every single wall/room for secrets in Wolfenstein 3D.
