Thanks for the links hippox. Note to others who may want to download this patch: It works like a charm on the GOG version, but I would advise against going 1080p. The problem is that at a resolution width of 1920, on many levels your visible area is greater than the width of the map, causing insane graphical glitches at the screen edge because the game is attempting to render "out of bounds" areas. Right clicking (for some reason) causes them to flare up and become worse (and you constantly need to right click to deselect units). If you want a 16:9 aspect ratio like 1920x1080 (1080p), then I recommend 1600x900. However, even at this more usable resolution, you can still see the entire width of most maps (such as Urbane Assault), which feels... I dunno... wrong. But, you may feel differently. Also, much like the TA resolution hacks, the main menu is now super tiny and annoying. At least in KKND you can still see the intro cinematic though.

I downloaded this from hippox's link. The problem is that when I try to patch the kknd.exe the patcher gives the message "Can't load process!"

Any idea what's going on?

EDIT: nevermind, it works.

EDIT2: although custom resolutions don't work. I wanted to play this game in 1280x720 but the game just defaults to its regular resolution. :(

Hey guys, any idea how to play KKnD Xtreme windowed? Never found any good solution in the internet to be honest that applies to a GOG version.

get DxWnd - its a free app online which allows one to play old games windowed and has alot of other emulation functions which can you can play around with to get old games working
