it lags a lot in a stuttering way even the menu and videos.(except the briefings for some reason) tried everything like run as admin and compatibility modes.

not had any issues with the first game in the series


Edit: i fixed the bad lag when i switched screen mode to 640x480. but it would be nice to play in 1024x768. i have no idea why only the lowest option works
