So far the game has been running great, except I'm having a problem with the spell casting. As far as I can see, Owyn has 3 spells: Blind, pull and a heal spell. Blind works just fine, I click the spell and then click and enemy and he gets blinded. However, if I try to cast the heal or pull spell, the menu freezes up and the only way out is to press escape.

I've been doing just fine with the blind spell alone so far, however I get the feeling that I may at some point need to cast some different ones and I don't want to get invested in to the game if I'm just going to get roadblocked by borked spell casting. Hopefully either it's an easy fix or I'm just being dumb and doing something wrong!

Some spells, including those two, are variable strength. After selecting the spell, you need to click on one of the dots arranged in a circle around the group of spell icons. As you mouse-over the dots, the text on the right should update to show the correspoding casting cost. The dot at 12 o'clock represents a casting cost of 1 health/stamina point, and the cost increases as you go clockwise around the circle. You can only choose a casting cost that is within the allowed range for the spell in question; the corresponding dots will light up when you select the spell.
What a surprise, I was being dumb and doing something wrong. Thanks!
