It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

EDIT:
Sorry, I had problems with the audio here, and I realized that it was the scaler I was using causing a sound lag.
The rbgx3 scaler didn't work right on my PC.
The audio is fine now.
Also, one more thing, don't use MT-32 unless you have a real MT-32, it doesn't use the same kind of sound as midi, and will sound bad and wrong.
The GS wavetable that is receiving the MT-32 data is trying to interpret it, but it's just an approximation of the MT-32 sound, and is totally different.
edit your RESOURCE.CFG and change MT-32.DRV to GENMIDI.DRV (for midi) or soundblaster.drv (for soundblaster) or adlib.drv is okay too, but probably the weakest choice.
