This game was impressive and incredibly immersive, I enjoyed it immensely, even the night adventuring which I found very unsettling. After dark the game became all about holding a shaky map and scanning the darkness with your dim flashlight. Woe to me to leave most of the treasure map quest till after dark. good times! Entered the deep forest and thought I was on my way to the last manor for more sneaking and snooping and a satisfying conclusion and found myself instead in an idiotic gauntlet and slap dash voice over ending. Its never a good sign when the film/game has a narrator at the end sum up the plot in a voice over. It almost ruined the game for me. Died so many times, I only made it after one run where I killed most of the wolves with that useless gun. You didnt get time to prepare, or go thru your diary and see what you had left to tag. Game chucked all its previous charm for some dumb boss psuedo fight and unfinished ending. you couldnt even explore the cemetery or the pier. It all feels very rushed and not what they intended, did they ever explain who the other detective was?

still love the game, I will pop in now and then just to drive around in that 'beat-m-up' truck, so realistic. brought back some good memories of my old chevy. On a side note, I've never driven a snowski before, was that a realistic portrayal of its movement?

Thank you for the feedback! Although the ending was not rushed (it was intended to be like this as a story-focused game), after looking at it and reading many reviews, I have to agree that it may feel a bit rushed compared to the rest. We really appreciate you took the time to write this :)

To answer your question about the snowmobile, we tried to make it as real as possible, but nothing beats the real thing (I had the chance to drive a similar model when I was 13).
I have immense respect for your continual forum presence for your game, it is always appreciated. Please note, I do love the game and was immensely engaged in playing it. I will get all the future installments on the story in the future, jarring endings or otherwise
