I found it hidden in some rocks, but there no image, symbol, or description to tell me what I found.
Is it the same thing as from the Lachance vision, or something else? Is it supposed to have some information with it?

There are some totems/relics you can interact to at the beginning, by the tower, but it doesn't really describe what it is. They are decorative items more than anything. It has been made by the Cree people that live in this area.
