I was wondering, is the voiceover meant to be in a particular accent?

The way he speaks reminds me of Carl Sagan for some reason.

No, he does have an accent when he speaks French :P

We have another voice actor, we'll announce who he is in the next few weeks when we introduce French VOs in the game.

Well its a matter of perspectives :)

For me the definitive edition is the one in french since the story is happening in Québec.

I'm holding off on playing the game until the french VO are in ;)
