Does a scorpion really kill you when he stings you in real life?

Why does Valanice drown in the well if she takes too many things from the offering bowl (or takes without giving)? She should be able to push herself up to the top of the well not problem. When you're at the bottom of a pool, you can use you legs to push off the ground, and you'll be at the surface almost instantly. It may be harder to do that in high heels but she still should have been able to do it.

How and why does Lady Tsepish kill both Valanice and Rosella?

And worst of all, why don't you get more time to get the firecracker to its destination?

Scorpions are poisonous, so yes, they can kill you. I imagine since it's such a ginormous scorpion that it kills you instantly.

I think it's the strong force and sheer amount of water that does it for her. Plus her clothes look heavy, and she's carrying all that stuff in her bustle. :D

Lady Tsepish scares them to death.

Not sure why they don't give more time for the firecracker. I imagine it's to give it a sense of urgency. Plus it's not like it's end game when you die carrying it since it picks up right where you left off.

This is the game that introduced me to King's Quest. Even with all its flaws, it's still my favorite. :)

I still remember when I first played this and the autosave feature trapped me in an endless death loop.
