First at all, sorry for my poor english, I'm native of Quebec and I'm speaking and writing everyday in french. After that, my problem : when I open the desktop icon of KingQuest 8 : Mask Of Eternity, the .exe open a windows, stay black for few seconds, and close... I don't understand why ?

Please, help me !

What version of Windows are you using?

I had a similar problem running the game under Windows 7. To fix it, I had to give my username full acess to the program (by right clicking on it, going to the security tab, editing my username and enabling full access)

It doesn't work... I'm really sad, cause' it's the game of my childhood and I bored right now and I don't know what I can do...

Does your computer have a CD-ROM drive?
