So I get to the top of the cliffs of logic, the angels send me back down to prepare for the catacombs. I go back up with the things I think I will need and when the angel dudes throw Alexander in the catacombs nothing happens. The screen just shows the two soldiers standing outside the closed door. I can still move The mouse around and change settings, It just doesn't load catacombs.
Any help is appreciated.

Same for me :( Any hotfix or workaround? Saving in this state and restarting the game won´t help

This was asked and answered before. The workaround was just to play the game through ScummVM. Through ScummVm, you get the added benefit of being able to play the DOS or WIN version with the hi-res portrait graphics. Only downside is you'll lose your save games and have to re-play from the beginning
