Please check our trailer (on game card ) and everything should become clear :)
Also
KQ 5 and 6 are 'talkie' and DOS versions.
If my memories are correct KQ5 is VGA and KQ4 is SCI (But here I am not sure - I was testing it long time ago... Still I was using mouse and hear some cool sounds so I think it was SCI)
