So I recently just got King's Quest 8 and downloaded it, it opens in a seperate window. The intro will not play and whenever I select an option, like new game, the game crashes. Any suggestions?

- you might have to use the re-encoded videos

I didn't check the current GOG build, but you might have/want to update the included nGlide library (install the current version from http://www.zeus-software.com/downloads/nglide and rename/remove the old glide2x.dll in game directory).
