I remember being able to teleport wherever just by holding a key pressed and clicking the left mouse button. This worked for all or most games, but i don't remember if it was a mod or starting the game with a -devmode parameter shortcut.
I think it was dev mode. Now i need to remember the correct parameter to test it out.
If anyone knows the details, please share, otherwise treat this as some useless info.
Edit: Found the info through web archive from a russian forum of the game.
- start game with -dev parameter in shortcut.
- on adventure map press Ctrl+Q to teleport at pointed location.

The long version, translated on the fly for anyone interested in extra cheats.
To the delight of modders, a dev mode has been added (in LoR - from version 1.6, in PvD - from version 1.0).
To run the game in dev mode, you need to run KB.exe with the -dev parameter.
Enabling the mode is noted in the save files.
Available in dev mode:

I - Reduce the stack under the cursor to 1 unit + its health 1.
K - Kill the unit under the cursor
Shift-K - Kill everyone
Ctrl+1 - Increase the stack by 2 times.
Alt+A - Give 1000 mana and restore current rage to maximum.
Shift - You can use the inactive Book of Magic and Spirits\Pet
Ctrl+Z - Go back
Ctrl+X - Return to next move
Ctrl+C- Enable the mode so that the enemy does not move when the move is rolled back
Tab - Information on the unit, its attacks, resists, cell under the cursor
Ctrl + Home - Order of moves including downs
in the map:
Shift+L - Units stand still
Shift+T - Units do not start battle
Ctrl+GreyPlus - Time to speed up
Ctrl+GreyMinus - Time to slow down
Ctrl+D - Select a location from the hollow list to load it (works in the main menu as well)
Ctrl+Shift+K - Kill all enemies on the map.
Ctrl+M - On the world map screen, opens all maps and removes clouds
Ctrl+Q - Teleport to a specified location. It also works on the world map screen.
Ctrl+number - Give an army of the corresponding set (1 - people, 2 - elves, etc.)
note: the file troops.txt lists the troops that are given by combinations Ctrl+"1-9"
You can assign several to one key and they will be issued in turn.
Ctrl+Shift+1 - Give 20,000 gold
Ctrl+Shift+2 - Give 50 crystals
Ctrl+Shift+3 - Give 50 mana
Ctrl+Shift+4 - Give 1000 leadership
Ctrl+Shift+5 - Give 500 rage
Ctrl+Shift+6 - Give 1000 experience
Ctrl+Shift+7 - Give all runes 100 at once
Ctrl+Shift+8 - Give all magic (*in the book of magic)
Ctrl+Shift+9 - Open all skills to the maximum (* on the hero screen)
Ctrl+Shift+R - Give a box of rage\pet\Get a new pet level (* on the map)
Shift + Click - By spirit it turns on, clicking again it moves up to level 1, you need to close the window to select the spirit skill. (* on the hero screen, only for LoR)
Ctrl+Shift+Click - In spirit, he levels himself up to 5 levels at once and the skills are selected automatically. (* on the hero screen, only for LoR)

2. On-the-fly fixes:
Applying all corrections in text (lng) and script (lua) files simply after opening the game using Alt-Tab without any restarts.
create two directories:
for LoR:
.\sessions\addon\scripts
.\sessions\addon\localization
for PVD:
.\sessions\base\scripts
.\sessions\base\localization
When you start the game, the file you want to edit must already be in the directory.

IMPORTANT: dev mode is not intended for gaming! The developers decline responsibility for possible errors when dev mode is enabled.
