Well, my pc is overkill for this game, but while I have stable 60 fps, I do have frametime spikes sometimes which result in a stutter. Maybe its because I'm on 144hz and game works on 60hz. If I set it to display refresh rate it crashes.

Did you try having it use a single core?

Not sure if the above "lag" is same as your "stutter".
