On my Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro with an ATI Radeon X1600, KB:TL started with scrambled graphics until I edited the Library/Application Support/game.ini file to change "setf ~r_fsaa" to 1, which turns anti-aliasing on. I'm guessing it's defaulted off on the Mac version because of issues with nVidia cards.
