Where can I get more sprites/ other elven troops? I can't find the answer anywhere online.

You'll (unsurprisingly) find many available in the elven lands (Ellinia). A few elven troops can sometimes be found randomly in other locations, but it's actually pretty rare for them to be available anywhere outside of Ellinia.
