I had some issues launching this game. The screen would flicker twice and then KB.exe would crash (Win 7/64 bit). This is just in case others are having this issue.
I resolved by going into the data/game.ini file and modifying:
setf ~screenresoultionx 0
setf ~screenresoultiony 0
to my actual resolution:
setf ~screenresoultionx 1680
setf ~screenresoultiony 1050
I also opened the data/default.ini and modified:
setf ~r_refreshrate 100
to a screen refresh rate not outside the bounds of my monitor:
setf ~r_refreshrate 60
