I'm running Kingpin on Win10, and there's no music in-game. I can only hear tracks from radio when I come close to them.
Did anybody faced with such issue?

Hi,

Open up the Options menu and check that Effects Volume slider is moved all the way to the right.
Also make sure CD Music is enabled.
