I'm trying to run Kingpin from the original disc on Windows 7. Every time I start up the game, it loads fine, but then when the opening cinematic starts after "New Game", it is extremely laggy. So is the actual gameplay, it's so laggy to the point it's unplayable. Can anybody please help me with a fix for this? I desperately want to play this game, I paid a good amount for the CD copy too :/

Is there any chance you are playing the game with an integrated video card like an Intel one? From my experience the game hates any integrated chipsets, especially Intel ones.

Dang, I have Intel. Would the GoG version work any better?

hey relax.... i also faced this problem before but when i changed some settings in kingpin.exe
i got goregeous graphics yes, go to- kingpin.exe properties go to compatibility-run in 256 colours i hope this works
