The -6.bin file seems to be corrupted. I've tried downloading several times but corruption remains, Has anyone experienced this and found a way around it other than redownloading the entire game with galaxy?

It happens to me sometimes. I now use Galaxy for offline installer downloads and no longer have to deal with that issue.

I still don't use Galaxy for installs or to play games, but it's great for downloads though.

As to your answer, unfortunately I've yet to find a solution, but usually it's worked after the 2nd or 3rd download. Also, you may want to report that specific game (and bin #) in case there really is something wrong with the bin file.

Thanks for the quick reply. I had hoped to avoid another 40+ G download., but it looks like I may have to bite the bullet.
I've notified support of the corruption and I'll see what they say first. though.

Is the file not downloading without corruption or is it when you are trying to install the issue arises? I've just downloaded the -6.bin file with no issues via my game library page on my browser. I've not d/l the rest of the files though to test install. Maybe GOG has resolved the issue without informing anyone - has been known in the past! Anyway, hope it now works okay for you.

download appeared to go smoothly, but errored out during installation. File integrity check pointed to the -6.bin file. I tried downloading again and was finally able do what appears to be a clean install on the 6th try.
