EDIT: I'm posting this for Kingdom Rush Origins. When I went to the forums, I didn't realize it was one forum for all of the Kingdom Rush games, I thought I was in the Kingdom Rush Origins forum, so that's why I didn't specify which one originally. I also couldn't find a way to delete this post and re-post it properly.

I tried playing this on my Windows 7 64-bit system, and the video launcher or splash screen wouldn't load. Because of this, I couldn't see anything to start the game. I opened a support ticket that was open for 2 weeks with no response from support at all, so today I requested a refund.

FYI - All of the other Kingdom Rush games I have do work, just not this one.
