Is there a reason why the game doesn't have cloud saves and what can we do to get the developers or GOG to add cloud saves?
Hi,

GOG cloud size is, unfortunately, way too small for our save sizes, hence, it's disabled.

Hm, smaller than Cyberpunk saves...
It be a problem with more than 1 timeline though.

Right now, the limit set by GOG is 200MB, which in average, is just enough for 100 save files, which is barely enough even for one playline. :/

The cloud save limit was dropped to 200mb on GOG after Cyberpunk 2077 released, GOG is also part of the same parent company as CDPR, so you know.

I haven't even reached Kuttenberg and I'm at 300mb already.

On gog old saves delete themselves from the cloud after some time or you can manually delete them, besides KCD 1 has a cloud what's the problem? + all saves locally on your pc stay, they are only deleted from the cloud when there are too many of them.

If you have to many saves, galaxy won't sync them anymore. You have to delete them manually. I have that problem with Cyberpunk 2077 and KCD1. That is really annoying...
What if...and I know this is a crazy suggestion...they'd charge for more cloud storage?
At least you'd have an option...
You could literally buy a 1 TB HDD for 40$, send it to Poland, and ask them to put your
saves on there :P
(i'm probably kidding about the last part)

They are currently looking into doing that. They send out a survey for a potential subscription service, one of the suggested benefits was increased cloud storage.
