As per title, I've just found out I have the new dog-related skill and a page in the tutorial for dog "management". Although, I don't remember ever having had a dog, which apparently comes with A Woman's Lot DLC.

I don't have that DLC.

Is it a bug or am I missing something?

They probably just forgot to tie that page to the DLC when they updated the game
