I just went to start from my last save and the load in menu had the Continue and Load Game options greyed out stating that I don't have any saved games. I went to the Saved Games folder on my C: drive and while the kingdomcome/saves folder is still there, it is empty the playline file is gone. I checked the recycle bin on the off chance it was deleted by mistake but no such luck it seems to have just disappeared.

Has anyone else had this happen and is there any way of getting it back? If not, is there any way to keep it from happening again? It's a bit frustrating in that I was quite a ways along in the story.

I should add that I have the game installed on my computer and am playing it offline and not through GOG Galaxy. Also, I have played it through once before and did not have this issue.
