after an issue with galaxy at the weekend, i had to reinstall it. since then, KCD has been playing up: the game now stutters instead of running smoothly as it did before, in dialogue scenes there are flashes of blue and black on the armour and there seems to be a slight lag. it makes the game almost unplayable. i've reinstalled it and done a verify/repair but i'm still having the same issues. this happens regardless of whether it's played through galaxy or not. any advice appreciated!

FOLLOW UP: after a couple of days of not playing, i tried again yesterday only to have everything running as smoothly as it had previously; it seemed to have fixed itself. not sure how or why, but i'm not complaining!
