as in the peasants. they will accuse you of trespassing even if you are on the common road (which I have the right to!) the "It takes a Thief quest now contains an area around the streams where when you try and reach the other miller's house. on your way, this is the same road you try and run a track race with Theresa when you go on the "little" walk" there are some logs and boards blocking the road when you jump over a guy (who is clearly not a bandit) says you are trespassing and calls you a "thief"! when all Henry did was jump over the logs. is this a bug or is this a middle ages "road construction site"? He openly attacks you but you can surrender(not a bandit!)
additionally, most peasants in the villages and settlements will yell "hey what you doing' or something like it when you travel on common roads between the homes even if there is no "you are entering private area" warning!
