Hi Peeps,

I'm trying to install using the backup installation method as i'm having problems with galaxy. when i run the back up installer, it keeps coming up with 'part 15 needed' and when i try to download it, it says the bin file is missing and i'm not sure where to find it so always up cancelling the installation. using windows 11.

Any help is greatly appreciated :P

it only shows me 8 of 16...i think it is broken
