I know it autosaves sometimes, but except when I sleep at certain beds, it doesn't seem to give any indication.

This is really annoying because of how restrictive the saving system is. I don't want to use a Savior Schnapps if the game just autosaved.

How do I know? Thanks.

To answer my own question:

You can tell when the last save was by clicking Load Game. You can load any of your previous saves, it tells you their times, but you don't have to commit to a load when you click Load Game.
