After 1.3 i am having problem with textures and things popping in. people without heads and so on. I did not have this problem before.

Have you both tried to remove mods? Seems like the go to answer for people having problems with the new patch.
On my part, I don't use any mod and I haven't had any problem whatsoever with 1.3.

Should Unlimited Saving really be causing my problems? I don't use any graphical modifications. But i will try without it.
