Ok so I don't know if it's just the GOG edition that has this problem my brother owns this on steam and he didn't have these problems with the Czech Dubbing but for me no matter what I do only like 10% of the spoken dialogues work... If I won't find a solution for this sadly I'll have to refund this game I bought it because its one of the few games nowadays that are found in this language.

Fix: Nevermind it works now I had to change it from surround to stereo in advanced audio settings and now I can hear every sound.
