The game has received portuguese subtitles on december 2022, for steam version.
It would be very nice if the gog version include this update.

Has gog any plans for it?

That was in the previous version (available for some time although I think it was delayed a bit). The current version (ending in czj3, offline installers just updated) now has Czech and Japanese voices as well.
