Read comments under Youtube videos or reviews - 80% of people report no serious issues with the game at all. All the talk about bugs came from the unpatched console versions available for the early reviewers.

The PC version was already stable on release, much more so than most open-world RPGs released in the last 10 years like Skyrim or Fallout. But of course when it's Bethesda the total brokeness of the game is cute and funny. When it's a small European studio the occasional texture clipping and people stuck on terrain is "a buggy mess" lol.

Sad, but true.
