After installing the patch i have the menu to change haircut and beard in the bathhouse, but when i select one of the options the game simply stops responding.

From the complaints in the official forum and the steam forum this seems to be a universal problem. Plus the patch breaks the main quest on all save games from versions prior to 1.4.

Fixed in 1.4.1, it seems...
Anyway, Warhorse should give priority to fixing existing bugs (and there are still a bunch) instead of introducing new -buggy- mechanics. Any improvement to the game is nice, though.
