What are regalia for? You can collect them for your tribe, through the tribe heroquest, but what is the use?

They are treated fairly abstractly in the game. They are the accoutrements that the tribal king and priests use for various rituals.

In general, it is not something you need to manage explicitly (the crown jewels remain the crown jewels), but there may be scenes that deal with unusual circumstances around them.
