In most of my campaigns I play with a war clan, long and average difficulty. My chief is a follower of my clan god, I have a trickster, and each member of the ring is a follower of a different god.

Does anyone know why in this game I'm playing now I can't spend magic on Mysteries during Sacred Time?

I guess we didn’t spell out everything (trying to keep the manual from getting too long) but this is essentially there:

“The composition of your clan ring also influences the strength of the Sacred Time rituals available to your clan. For example, having a War god worshipper on the ring makes your War magic stronger.”

“The explanations of the Sacred Time ritual categories that follows includes a list of the gods that give you another point for that ritual if you have one of their worshippers on the ring.”

“Mysteries … (Lhankor Mhy)”

In some cases advisors might comment on this, although I think some of that may only be in 2.0.

Thanks, that's what I wanted to know.

How do I get to play "in 2.0"?

How do I get to play "in 2.0"?
That would be the iOS version.

There are comments of that for the GoG version, though I think 80-90% of them are only said during Sacred Time by an advisor who would normally mention the topic in question. One example I've seen is that an Ernalda worshipper will mention that an Uralda worshipper will increase the magic you can spend on Herds during her normal advice into putting all the magic you can in crops and herds if there isn't one. Also had a couple of advisor mention how a trickster will mean more magic for heroquests once or twice.
