I can confirm this issue. But it is not like you run out of leaders. They are all just really really old. Like everybody now is 50 to 70 years old and I have only one 22 year old and one in the thirties. So I assume younger people only get on the nobles screen if an older one dies. This is bad because you can simply circumvent it by sending old useless or in general useless nobles on ridiculous exploration missions like sending them to the cragspider without any company.

In addition I had stumbled on a bug twice where my cattle mysteriously disappears (around 50 cattle per half season) without any curses or chaos in the vicinity or a cattle disease. And yeah I know how to get that information. It took me a while to understand how to send curses to enemies and find out if someone cursed me or send chaos to my clan. The only workaround here is to load before it starts.

And since you are making a successor please consider adding the following to it:

- add the ability to send emissaries to all known folks, cults, clans and tribes. Because you cannot send emissaries directly to the beastfolk, marsh ducks, trolls, cults, tribes and so on. You have to send an exploration team which means you are completely stuck on your luck what exploration event you get. In addition I want to raid them which I can only do via exploration also.
- add a scout screen or something like that in which I can find out more about the other clans like how big is their cattle herd, how many thanes they have, how many shrines or temples. But not in absolute numbers but more like KoDP is doing when you send a trade mission and you get the information that their defenses match mine
- add a reasonable tribe screen (if something like that is in it) because the tribe screen in KoDP is completely useless. I can't even see what treasure is in my tribe regalia. Right now forming a tribe is a necessity but It doesn't add much to the game. I would like to have a yearly council meeting in which you can set or change your tribe politics towards other clans, tribes, folks and cults depending on who has how many seats on the council. I can't even see how the other clans of the tribe feel about the tribe. In KoDP the tribes exist but you can't do anything with it. If's like the tribes doesn't exist besides from some sparse events.

We don't even know if it is set in Genertela, let alone Dragon Pass. :P
