When I try to launch the game I get an error:
"Cannot load EngineSupplier.dll
Probably Microsoft DirectX is not installed properly.
Do you want to install it now?"
After selecting "yes" I get:
"Cannot execute DirectX installer.
Probably this is because you don't have administrator rights.
Try installing it manually."

I do have administrator rights and I've tried the following:
1. Updating GPU drivers.
2. Reinstalling DirectX.
3. Reinstalling Microsoft Redistributable 2008.
4. Redownloading the game, checking file integrity and reinstalling it.
5. Running the game in compatibility mode(Win7, XP).

Any help would be much appreciated.
