I often find GOG version numbers a source of bemusement, since they appear to bear no relation to the internal version number of the game in question.

But with Kim, which I bought back in May, the initial setup I downloaded was marked as version 2.29.0.32. And an update has been posted two weeks later, which is now called version 1.2.2.1.

Is there any logic to this?

Is the new download a patch, or a complete replacement installer?

Isn't that the actual & latest game version, 1.2.2.1?

Hi Branais, please disregard the initial version number, I'm not sure why you saw that, it must have been an internal GOG thing. Kim has always been either 0.x during our 'in development' phase and 1.x afterwards. Sorry for the confusion!
