I found items like the "Scarab Armor" and I have no idea what they do except they are on a timer. What does each individual item do?

As far as I can tell they do nothing.

Amulet of Imentet: Fast weapons - 45 sec
Wrath of Gods: Infinite Ammo - 30 sec
Scarab Armor: Reduce damage from enemy - 45 sec
Orb of Seker: Improve visibility in dark area - 90 sec
Phoenix Egg: Fireproof - 60 sec
Divine Health: 200% Health - Heal instantly
