The downloads in my Library lists the version as 1.04 (GOG3), Do i have to reinstall or can i install 1.04 without deinstalling first? (GOG Galaxy doesn't offer a new install option).

I am wondering too. What do those suckers at GOG think, giving us a new installation file while everyone else can just make a normal update? Additional it comes several days late! This was the first game I bought at GOG, and the last!

To answer your question, every time I have updated I have just reinstalled and not bothered with uninstalling first and it has worked fine every time. FTFY.

I'm sorry about this, was a little bit in rage. But my point stays valid. Why would they delay the update and dont supply it regularly?
