Just saw my character who has 57 harpoon resist get hit in the arm for exactly 53 - 57 despite having 32% damage resistance from Toughness.

Been playing for so long and never noticed Toughness does not mitigate Harpoon damage. 32% of 53 should be more than 0 I should think. Weird.
