Is there a way to get the now under offline installers unavailable patch to get from 1.047 to 1.047b? My oldest available patch is 1.047b to 1.050 there.

Also, will a deinstall (keeping savegames) and reinstall (installer for newest version) affect my mod directory and savegames?
