Anyone know where the parameters are for Plastic Surgery?

I want to change the appearance of a skeleton member. I added different race heads like the Screamer to the skeleton race and can select them in the surgery interface, they just don't have any effect.

It might work if I can enable sub-race selection which is locked. Can't seem to find the parameters for the creation interface.
