Anyone else experiencing massive stuttering and frame drops with this game?
Weird thing is, I get this only sometimes. Either the whole game works fine (after restarting), or not. It works like 25% of the time.
Never seen a game showing such unpredictable behavior.
The quickest way to test is to start arcade mode with subway, run down the stairs and move the mouse around:
-> Stutter from hell
I've tried:
-all possible variations of ingame options
-reinstallation (offline installer, integrity check passed)
-deleting save & registry entries
-no overlays
-exe compatibility options
-cpu affinity variants
-windows7, windows10 (fresh installation, newest drivers)
-stock clocks for cpu, ram
-smt on/off
-renaming the exe to disable nvidia profile settings
-dx wrappers
-galaxy on/off
...
It seems the game fails to utilize cpu cores/threads efficiently. But why the heck only sometimes??
