rtwjunkie: Yep, my game also will not run. I'm on W10, and have painstakingly gone through and enabled the game in every facet of my Internet Security, from behavior shield to firewall, and nope, it will not start. All I get is the WME Lite runtime error. Has ANYone, got a solution?
mcapps: I am getting a black screen when trying to lunch JULIA Among the stars game. No error mesages and have to force shut down. I open it in safe mode and get a WME runtime error. Things I have tried update drivers and windows (using windows 7 ). I have no problem runing any other games in my GOG luncher.
I know this is something of a late reply, but it might be worth checking what GPU related utilities you have running in the background. I had exactly the same WME runtime error and refusing to start, but the problem was instantly solved for me by closing MSI Afterburner & Rivatuner.
