I've played and have beaten JULIA and have gone back to get a few more achievements, though not all since some of them just seem too time consuming. However, it appears that something is not quite right with a couple of them:

Methodical - given when all the planets have been scanned. Well, they've been scanned, even the artificial one (the data readout explains how many moons there are, if the planet is landable, etc., but so far, nothing. Am I missing something here?

Great Mind - given when all the Mond'o'Matics have been solved. I have them completed, verified with the hintbook. Unfortunately, I'm only officially registering two out of four completed (the MOM lists them as "completed" if done correctly). Any ideas?

I can't confirm "Great Mind" which I could complete flawlessly; but "Methodical" annoys me terribly, I'm on the third playthrough and it still doesn't unlock - although I already have "Completist"!

I just wanted to finish and then uninstall in order to get on with other games; now that's a real bummer.

I'd also be interested in information regarding "Methodical", is there a specific order required, shouldn't they be scanned immediately after Xenophon (what I did except Unknown), ... whatever.

I can't get methodical either. When I played Untold, I had to play it twice to get all the achievements to activate, so I assume that one of the scans isn't registering. I've played the game through 4 times though, and still haven't gotten methodical.

yep, methodical does not unlock for me either, also didn't get completist and have no clue what I missed for that one, thought it was connected to methodical but since some people got it without methodical it must be something else and I did EVERYTHING in that playthrough, no clue why I didn't at least get completist.
and considering this has not been fixed in 3 years....
great game, but stuff like this always leaves a bad aftertaste in my mouth
