Yes, this game runs very well on Windows 10. All cutsceens render, all audio plays, and all subtitles show up when appropriate. The only issue i have run into is the difficulty in jumping. It only jumps when looking at specific angles. Other than that, this is a great little gem.

Is the jumping only when looking at specific angles something to do with the game itself, or because of Windows 10?

you are only required to jump 2-3 times in the game, and you can save anywhere at anytime, so it is hardly a game breaking issue. I have no way of knowing if it is an issue with windows 10.

How did you get it to run? The game launches for me and there is audio on the Rebellion logo but then there is no audio in the game at all and i cant seem to fix it.

Not sure to be honest, it just works. After a clean install it just works. I checked in the "Properties" for "Dredd" application for this game, and by default it is set to run in compatibility mode for Windows Vista on my machine.

You can set this yourself by (in Gog on the "Judge Dredd:Dredd vs Death" launch page) by left clicking "MORE" then "Manage installation", then "Show folder", then right clicking "Dredd" application, then left clicking "Properties", then left clicking the "Compatibility" tab, then under "Compatibility mode" choosing "Windows Vista" from the drop down menu. Be sure to check the box that tells the application to launch in compatibility mode.

I hope this helps. If it did, you can thank me by spamming the ever-loving crap out of the "E" button. Enemies, Dead bodies, Friendly NPC's, doors, buttons, elevators, awkward silences, etc. I'm a firm believer that every game needs a "one liner" button, and this game is why. I hope you enjoy the game.

I wasn't able to get it running, I tried to mode.too. I also sent in a support ticket but was told the store page didn't list windows 10 which is true. I was using the mobile page so all I saw was "Windows" at the top so I assumed it would work, I should I have known better.

I'm sure with certain hardware configs it will run without issue but because I didn't think to scroll down a few pages worth or info I could only get a mobile credit. No.biggie, I used it within about 3 min on something else.

Absolutely. The game was working perfectly fine for me a few days ago. Got a Windows update today and a driver update for my Radeon RX 580 and now the game can't get beyond the choose profile screen. Ugh. Well, it was fun while it lasted.
I tried again today and still no audio. I'm on a fresh install of (now) Win 10 PRO, I upgraded from home. Everything is fully patched, firmware is all up to date, Nvidia drivers and all other drivers are up to date.

I tried various compatibility modes and the game runs but...no sound
That's a shame, a bit of a deal breaker for me if there is no sound. Though i appreciate it may work for some people i could be one of the unlucky ones. I hope 'the powers that be' can release a windows 10 update for this as it is an old gem, i used to play it and enjoy it a lot back in 2003/04.
